They name someone else who decides. Team, management, boss, partner, spouse.
They give a date. For payment or for anything.
They say they like it, then delay.
They go quiet after seeing the price.
Any complaint, or any mention of stopping or refunding.
They ask for something we do not sell.
Anything needing a custom build you cannot scope.
Any price that is not on the list.
Any request to change terms, timeline or payment.
Anything you would have to promise a result to answer.
That is the whole daily job. Two minutes.
The chase happened. Clears the date, keeps the person on the board.
Dead lead, or finished job. Removes them. Ticking a chase must never delete anybody.
Julian reads the watchlist. It is how he sees what is happening without asking you. If a lead is not on it, it did not happen.
